Assess whether your operating model is truly built to scale and discover how operational excellence can become a lasting competitive advantage.

The Methodology

C.O.R.E. is an interactive workshop designed to answer one key question:

Who Should Attend?

This event is designed exclusively for leaders in the electrical industry.

Chief Operating Officers (COOs) & Vice Presidents of Operations

You're expected to deliver more with the same resources. Production is running, but improvements don't last. You've implemented Lean initiatives, invested in technology, expanded your teams—yet bottlenecks keep returning. You're looking for an honest assessment of what's really limiting performance before investing further.

Plant Managers, Operations Directors & Production Directors

You're on the shop floor every day. You know where the issues are, but you lack the framework to demonstrate them and prioritize improvements. You're looking for practical foundations—not another training session.

CEOs & Presidents

You're accountable for delivering on commitments to customers, stakeholders, and your Board of Directors. You want to know whether your organization is truly ready to support future growth—or if it's operating on temporary fixes.
